Privacy Policy

When booking your trips on your own by browsing through our site you will be directed to our site through our host agency Inteletravel. Upon reaching the site before being able to review the accommodations that Crystal Voyages has to offer you will be required to register. 

All information you share will solely stay in the care of Crystal Voyages and will not be shared or distributed with any outside sources.

When making any payments to Crystal Voyages, you will receive an authorization form first. No payments will be processed until the authorization form is signed to ensure the safety of our client's finances.

Travel Services Agreement

Terms & Conditions

We are Crystal Voyages and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "agent", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Crystal Voyages, and the term "you" and "client" refers to the individual who agrees with these terms and conditions.

Agent duties

1. Planning travel itineraries

2. Arranging, booking and confirming accommodations for transportation, lodging, excursions, activities, cruise lines and various attractions

3. Informing clients on proper travel needs i.e., passports, customs, insurance, vaccinations, and trip policies.

4. Providing services for individuals, groups or families

Planning

In order to properly plan the trip of your dreams, all clients must fill out an inquiry form as best as possible.  The agent will provide the best services based upon this information and client needs. The agent will maintain open communication with client to best determine if Crystal Voyages a good fit.

Client information

Please ensure spelling and all client information is correct. To limit errors during entry, I will ask for a picture of your passport and/or ID to ensure all information is entered correctly and accurately. If information is given inaccurately, the fee for a change will be due from the client immediately to process change. This is very important for flights.

Travel Insurance 

While travel insurance is highly recommended it is not required. Please note that if travel insurance is not acquired it does make it difficult to obtain full refunds if your trip has to be canceled due to any unforeseen reason such as illness etc. Crystal Voyages will not be held responsible.

Change in Booking

If the client wants to make a change after a booking is made, the client is responsible for any and all change fees if applicable. The agent is only responsible for fees if mistake is made on agents' behalf. All changes will be communicated and approved by client, prior to making any changes.
